Status and agreement
Delav Digital Services is operated by Khalil Jazaa as a sole trader in Ireland. Sending an enquiry does not create a contract. Work begins only after written agreement.

Terms of service
These terms explain the basic rules for working with Delav Digital Services. The specific scope, timing and price are always agreed in writing.
Scope, timing and changes
The proposal defines the deliverables, timing, price and included revisions. Extra work or a change of scope is agreed and priced separately.
Payment and third-party costs
The payment schedule is stated in the proposal. Domains, hosting, subscriptions and other third-party costs are purchased only after approval and, where possible, registered to the client.
Client materials
The client confirms they may use the text, logos, photographs and other materials supplied, and is responsible for their accuracy and legality.
Ownership
After full payment, the client receives the agreed deliverables. Delav will show completed work in its portfolio only with client permission where the project or materials are not already public.
Results and third-party services
Delav does not guarantee employment, a number of customers, a Google ranking or uninterrupted operation of third-party platforms. Their own terms and charges apply separately.
Cancellation and liability
Cancellation and refund terms are set out in the proposal, taking account of work completed and services already purchased. Nothing limits mandatory consumer rights under Irish law.
Service limits and law
Delav does not provide legal, tax, immigration, medical or recruitment advice. Irish law applies.
