This policy explains what personal data Delav receives, why it is needed and the rights available to you.
Information we receive
Your name, email or phone number, enquiry details, business name, budget, links and materials you send, plus records needed to provide an agreed service.
How the enquiry form works
The form prepares a draft in your own email application. It does not transmit data automatically; you review and send the email yourself.
Why we use it and our legal basis
We use data to answer enquiries, prepare proposals, perform a contract and keep necessary business records. The legal bases are steps requested by you, contract performance, legitimate business interests and legal obligations.
Who may receive it
Only providers needed for email, hosting and agreed digital tools, or parties we must disclose to by law. We do not sell personal data.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are normally deleted within 12 months. Business, contract and financial records may be kept for up to six years, or longer where the law requires it.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction, object to processing, and where applicable receive a portable copy. You may also complain to Ireland’s Data Protection Commission.
Cookies and changes
Delav does not use advertising cookies. The hosting service may use essential security technology. Material changes to this policy will be shown on this page.
